A few months ago, we started a wonderful project involving the Friends of Nature Foundation, the Ipías de la Chiquitanía community, and us, Melimel. The project aimed to contribute to showcasing and savoring some of the treasures of Bolivian nature through honey combined with special ingredients from our lowland forests and traditional crops. And we achieved it in a very special way.

The experience we offer with four varieties of honey combined with different extracts from vibrant fruits and roots of our beloved country is simply a delicious culinary journey. With every spoonful, we manage to immerse you in the golden sweetness of honey and the authenticity of Bolivian traditions. An experience that lingers on the palate and in the hearts. This alliance with the Chiquitano and Andean communities treasures the essence of Bolivian biodiversity, as well as the passion and traditions of the people who have cared for these lands for generations and want to continue doing so.
